ROKiT Reserve CRM

A field-sales CRM for reps — a map of venues, reservation and visit logging, and a performance leaderboard. A dense tool, kept legible on a phone.

The problem

Field tools are information-dense and used on the go. The design had to make maps, logging and reporting fast and legible on a small screen.

Overview

A CRM built for the field

ROKiT Reserve CRM is a field-sales app for reps — a map of venues to visit, reservation and visit logging, and a leaderboard to track performance. I designed the full mobile app across 50+ screens.

The challenge was density: a CRM carries a lot, so the design leans on clear hierarchy, maps and lists to keep it fast on a phone.

What changed

  • A field-sales CRM designed end to end — map, reservation/visit logging, and a leaderboard.
  • A consistent system across 50+ screens that keeps dense data legible.

What's still open

  • An earlier project — shown here as mockups of the design work.

What I learned

In a data-heavy field tool, hierarchy is the feature — the win is what you choose to show first.
