Booking security is a high-trust, detail-heavy task. The design had to make a careful, multi-step process feel clear and reassuring rather than bureaucratic.

ROKiT Force lets people find and book security forces on demand — a clear, stepped booking flow from request to confirmation. I designed the full mobile app.
